Important Notice:

As part of our integration with ServiceNow, the data.world Support Portal is moving to Now Support on April 27th, 2026. If you are already a ServiceNow customer, please contact your SN administrator and request that they add you as a Support Contact. If you don't currently have a SN Administrator or an active NowSupport account, you should have received an invitation to create one.


Our standard support hours are 9.00 am - 5.00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
